Hold town-hall presentations to promote and market our design proposals of our Show Houses.
PHASE THREE
To construct a 38 – 55 units of 2-Storey Two/Three Bedroom affordable housing averaging between 68 to 102 Sqm per housing unit.
Each unit designed will include all landscaping, secured parking with community areas designed to be architecturally consistent with modern and sustainable technology including, renewable energy and water reclamation solutions and aesthetically pleasing within its environment.
PHASE THREE
Providing affordable housing and set up factories and educational institutions to train citizens in all building trades in all the regions of Ghana.
CONSTRUCTION DELIVERY TIMELINES
15 Housing Units to be delivered every month.
180 Housing Units can be delivered in a year.
1 Month Shipment delivery time to the shipping port of Tema.
1 Housing Unit delivered within 2 months.
